Once an arrest has been made, the first thing to do is contact us via phone (719-696-9088), fill out the form below, or come down to our office in Pueblo.

Our bondsman will collect the necessary paperwork & fill out the bond application with you.

Step 2: Release from jail

After the application is filled out & a payment plan has been arranged, our bondsman will go to the jail to post the bond, then the inmate is released!

Now that the defendant is out of jail, they will now have the opportunity to prepare for your court dates. We also extend our services towards lifestyle assistance such as employment resources or résumé- building; our bondsman is there to help, even after the bail bonds process!

What is a Co-Signer?

Co-signing on a bail bond means that a person signs a promissory note or an indemnity agreement financially obligating themselves to pay the full amount of the bond if the accused person does not appear in court. 


IF A DEFENDANT FAILS TO MAKE A PAYMENT, YOU ARE HELD LIABLE FOR THE MISSED PAYMENT.


IF A DEFENDANT SKIPS OUT ON BOND - YOU ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE AS A COSIGNER.

What is required to be a Co-Signer?

 You must meet the following basic requirements to begin the process:

  • 18+ years old.
  • Provide minimum six (6) months of verifiable work history.
  • Cannot be on probation or have any current, open criminal cases.
  • Must have a valid, state- issued ID/ Driver's License that is not expired.
  • Verification of permanent residency.

*Depending on the bond, additional items may be required to qualify as a co-signer.

What documents should I bring?

 In order to process the paperwork required to bond your loved one out of jail, please have the following documents with you:

  • Current, state- issued ID or Drivers License.
  • Verification of employment (pay stubs, bank statements showing direct deposit, etc.)
  • Verification of permanent residency.

Do I need collateral?

Depending on your particular circumstances and the risk level of the individual your are bonding out of jail, collateral may be required. Contact the bondsman at (719) 696-9088 (available 24 hours a day via phone) for more information.

What does it cost for a bond?

Bail bondsmen in Pueblo and other areas of Southern Colorado have the right to quote and charge their own rates within the State Mandated Rates.


-The maximum amount that can be charged for a bond is 15% of the bond amount. 

-The minimum amount which can be charged for a bond is $50.00.


For example:

A $250 bond at the maximum percentage is: $250 x 15% = $37.50
